Terms are: per ROOM per night, (incl. 20% VAT)

Terms are Dinner, Bed and Full English Breakfast daily per child (inclusive of 20% V.A.T.) and apply to children between 8 and 16 years of age (inclusive).
Free use of Leisure Facilities as per Main Tariff applies. (Bed and Breakfast Terms: £10.00 reduction on above rates)

ONE NIGHT STAYS:

are taken at the discretion of the management
and will be charged at £20.00 more than the relevant Break Rate.

Premier Rooms
De-luxe extra large rooms with superb Estuary views, some with walk-in showers and some have balconies.

2-Room Premier Family Suites
Premier Rooms with adjoining small twin bedded room for two children (see child tariff.) Two have balconies.

Junior Suites
De-luxe Rooms with separate lounge area, walk-in showers and view of Estuary(to side) and gardens.

Single Rooms
De-luxe Rooms with frontal view of Estuary.

Balcony Rooms
Luxury rooms with good Estuary view and balconies. Situated on the 3rd Floor or West Wing.

Estuary Rooms
Luxury Rooms overlooking Estuary (to side) and Gardens.

All Rooms have a Private Bathroom (with bath and shower), Towelling Robes, WiFi, Colour T.V., Radio, Telephone, Hairdryers, Central Heating, and Tea and Coffee Making Facilities.

Flowers, Champagne, Chocolates or other special gifts can be pre-ordered to be placed in your room on arrival.

Dogs by arrangement - £10 per day (excluding food)

Deposit - £150 per room per week or part week is requested upon confirmation of bookings, and will be credited to your account on arrival.

Our terms - These may be altered at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honoured.

Car Parking - Ample free space

Rooms available - from 3.00 pm on day of arrival. Earlier times may be possible by prior request.

No Service Charge - will be added to accounts. Gratuities at guest's discretion.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation a Cancellation Charge will be made if we are unable to relet the cancelled accommodation. This Cancellation Charge will be calculated as a percentage of the Total Cost of the cancelled accommodation according to the following table.
